Create a new person (from version 2.0)

Warning
This training does not apply to clients with the Syncrhonization option

1. In the people module, click on "New"


2. Fill in the required information 

Fill in the fields Reference, First Name, Laste name, Email 


You can add the collaborator's picture using the pencil icon.

If you have configured custom fields (such as phone number), fill them in. Complete the optional fields if needed. Refer to our training on Set up Custom Fields

You can create links with the immediate superior, subordinates, the entity the person works in, their position, roles, etc. 


For example, here, the person belongs to the Administration and Finance entity and holds the position of Accounting Officer. 


4. Click on "Save and close"
